In this hands-on cooking camp, campers will explore the flavors of iconic American regions while developing essential kitchen skills, including knife techniques, cooking and baking fundamentals, flavor building, and kitchen safety. Each day brings a new destination, new techniques, and a delicious menu to enjoy.

Hawaii: Butter Shoyu Chicken, Mac Salad, Shrimp Poke, Butter Mochi
Roadside Diner: Classic Burgers, Home Fries, Apple Dumplings
