This week is all about mastering the art and science of dough! In this hands-on baking and cooking camp, campers will learn essential baking techniques including mixing methods, dough handling, baking fundamentals, and flavor pairing while working through a variety of classic and creative dough-based recipes.

Each day focuses on a different dough style and baking technique:

Cookies: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pecan Shortbread Cookies, Oatmeal Dulce de Leche Lace Cookies
Pie: Apple Dumplings, Allium Crostata
Scone & Biscuit Bread: Blueberry Scones, Cheddar Scallion Biscuits, Rustic Loaf Bread
Pâte à Choux: Cream Puffs, Gougères with Herb Cheese
Pizza & Pasta: Classic Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo

Campers will practice measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking while gaining confidence in the kitchen and taking home recipes they can recreate. Spaces are limited — enroll early to secure your spot!
