Travel across Europe through food in this hands-on cooking camp celebrating classic regional flavors and techniques. Campers will build essential kitchen skills including knife skills, cooking and baking fundamentals, sauce making, and flavor balancing while preparing traditional European dishes from five different countries.

Each day brings a new culinary destination and menu to explore:

France: Ham & Spinach Crêpes with Mornay Sauce, Salade Verte, Cherry Clafoutis
Germany: Flammkuchen, Baked Chicken Schnitzel, Cucumber Salad, Apfel Crumble
England: Chicken Pot Pies, Strawberry Salad with Candied Nuts, Sticky Toffee Pudding
Sweden: Swedish Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Carrots, Kladdkaka
Portugal: Piri-Piri Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Jicama Apple Slaw, Arroz Doce (Rice Pudding)
