April 8th (Wed) Food Art Cooking Class 9:30-12:30pm -Learn to create edible art in this focaccia class, where you’ll design a beautiful garden scene on freshly baked focaccia.
April 9th & 10th (Thurs + Fri) Pasta Party Cooking Class 9:30am-12:30pm - Fresh pasta and sauces abound in this hands on class mastering linguine and tortellini along with sauces and sides

if your child is 7 (almost 8) but very mature please reach out before signing them up. This is a more advanced class than many others for kids. We want to make sure they have the attention and focus to stay with the class.

Kitchen Science Camp

Turn cooking into an exciting scientific experiment! In this hands-on Kitchen Science camp, young chefs will explore how chemistry transforms ingredients into delicious food. Campers will learn real culinary science concepts while practicing advanced kitchen techniques, including temperature control, emulsification, texture transformation, and flavor development.
Each day combines cooking, science exploration, and tasting experiences as campers discover how science shapes the way we cook and eat.

Food Gel Science: Spherification and hydrogels using Black Tea and Popping Boba, Panna Cotta with Fruit Caviar
