Set sail on a culinary journey through the Mediterranean as campers explore vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and classic regional cooking techniques. In this hands-on cooking camp, young chefs will practice knife skills, sautéing, sauce making, and flavor balancing while preparing traditional dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.

Each day brings a new destination and menu to explore:

Greece: Chicken Skewers, Lemon Orzo Pilaf, Tzatziki, Maroulosalata (Greek Salad), Kourabiedes (Almond Cookies)
Italy: Chicken Saltimbocca with Pan Sauce, Caprese Salad, Olive Oil Citrus Cake
Morocco: Savory Couscous with Roasted Carrots, Kefta (Spiced Ground Beef), Moroccan Mint Tea
Tunisia: Shakshouka, Kaber Ellouz (No-Bake Almond Balls), Tunisian Lemonade
Spain: Albondigas, Patatas Bravas, Arroz a Banda (Easy Paella), Kids’ Sangria
