Embark on a culinary journey across Asia in this hands-on cooking camp celebrating the diverse flavors, techniques, and traditions of Asian cuisine. Campers will build essential kitchen skills including knife skills, stir-fry techniques, sauce preparation, and flavor balancing while preparing classic dishes from across the continent.

Each day introduces new ingredients and cooking styles as campers explore regional specialties:

Japan: Butter Shoyu Chicken, Temari Sushi (small ball-shaped sushi), Miso Soup
Korea: Bulgogi Ssambap (lettuce wraps), Japchae Vegetable Noodles, Hotteok (sweet filled pancakes)
China: Egg Fried Rice, Shanghai Braised Pork Belly, Bok Choy Stir Fry, Smashed Cucumber Salad
Thailand: Chicken Satay, Tom Kha Gai, Summer Rolls, Mango Sticky Rice
Dumplings & Dim Sum: Gyoza, Wonton Soup, Hong Kong Shumai
