Warm up your winter with a vibrant, flavor-forward hands-on cooking class celebrating bold seasonal produce and global inspiration. In this cozy evening workshop, you’ll create a beautifully balanced menu that highlights bright citrus, earthy winter vegetables, fragrant garlic, and a show-stopping Scandinavian dessert. Perfect for cooks of all levels who want to expand their cold-season repertoire while mastering elegant, approachable dishes.
Menu:
• Whipped Ricotta Crostini with Grape Chimichurri – Creamy ricotta on crisp crostini topped with a sweet-herbaceous grape chimichurri.
• Winter Harvest Salad – A colorful medley of shaved radicchio, fennel, beet, turnip, and arugula with feta and a refreshing pomegranate–mint vinaigrette.
• Mojo de Ajo (Puerto Rican Garlic Chicken) – Tender, garlicky chicken served with a bright citrus salsa and roasted sweet potatoes.
• Kladdkaka (Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake) – A rich, gooey chocolate cake enhanced with browned butter and espresso.
