Intro to Croissants Baking Class.
Discover the art of lamination in this hands-on introduction to croissant making. In this foundational class, you’ll learn how to create delicate layers, develop buttery dough, and master the techniques that give classic French pastries their signature flake and lift. We’ll guide you through mixing, laminating, shaping, and baking—so you’ll not only understand the “how,” but also the “why” behind great croissant structure. Each participant will work with their own dough and take home beautifully baked pastries along with the confidence to recreate them at home.
