Winemaker Dinner with Farm Day Family Winery
Join us for a flavorful evening of hands-on cooking and thoughtful wine pairings as we welcome Heather and Mark Russell, owners of Farm Day Family Winery. Together, we’ll prepare a four-course seasonal meal, each dish expertly paired with one of their estate-grown wines. You'll learn cooking techniques, hear the story behind each bottle, and sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor — both culinary and vinous.

• NY Strip Steak and Roasted Stemmed Grapes with a Blue Cheese Compound Butter  paired with Farm Day 2023 Cabernet Suavignon Reserve
