This is the third class in our Kitchen Basics Series. You do not need to have taken the other classes, but we do find it helpful to take all.

In this hands on class we'll be focusing on the foundational sauces. Learning many of the "mother sauces" and how to use them:

  • Bechamel

  • Veloute

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Hollandaise

We'll also teach you all about making your own Chicken and Veggie Stocks to use as bases for sauces and soups.

A 20% gratuity is included in price for class instructor.
