Summer Farmers Market Dinner Class
The farmers market is at its peak, and this menu is built entirely around it. In this evening cooking class, we'll transform the best of summer's harvest into a full four-course dinner — the kind of meal that makes you want to linger at the table long after the last bite.
On the menu:
Summer Corn Cakes with Remoulade & Green Apple Baton — Sweet summer corn folded into crispy cakes, served with a punchy remoulade and crisp green apple for brightness. A perfect summer starter.
Grilled Marousalata — Baby romaine hit with high heat until lightly charred, then topped with feta, fresh dill, mint, and a sharp lemon vinaigrette. A Greek-inspired salad that earns its place on a dinner table.
Summer Ratatouille with Fresh Pasta — Peak-season vegetables, slow-cooked until silky, tossed with fresh handmade pasta. The dish that makes you understand why summer produce needs very little help.
Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake — A fresh take on the classic. Rich chocolate, ripe strawberries, and all the nostalgia of summer dessert.
